What we do on a rainy day...

So today the weather is what you would typically expect in London...cold, rainy, and wet. However, we didn't let that stop me from going out. Dressed in my wellies and carrying a "brellie" I found my way to Marylebone High St. to get a UK enabled cell phone. The phones here are tiny! It was kind of difficult to figure out how to use it at first too!

I met up with some of my friends from school and we grabbed a baguette for lunch at this corner shop called EAT. I had a roasted ham baguette with brie cheese and cranberry sauce. It was delicious. I also got another latte...i'm gonna have to start making my own at the flat otherwise my pounds are going to run out real fast :)

Then we walked around a bit more and decided to head home so we could start getting ready for the Hidden Pub tour we will be taking tonight. We get to go around to 4 pubs in London so it should be pretty awesome to see some real pubs! Hopefully there will be some cool things to take pictures of so I can add to my photo collection because so far I haven't taken many.

I also joined a gym today and it was funny because when I got on the treadmill it asked me to put in my weight in kg's. I wasn't sure what that meant so I put in 120 because I thought it would have been equivalent to US pounds...when I got home I googled it and found out 120 kg's is about 240 pounds...haha oops! It's also funny because they track you by kilometers per hour instead of miles per hour so I was confused by that as well.

Well I should start getting ready for the night but hopefully I will have some exciting updates for you after tonight!!

Good day mates :)
