So I've been in London for about 4 days now and am absolutely loving it! At first it was a big adjustment, but now that I am finally settling in, it's amazing.
So far school is great. I have this one class called Survey of British Museums and the professor is a riot. We get to go around to all the big art museums in central London and look at many famous pieces of art. It is going to be such a great experience.
The food so far has been so yummy. This morning I had a fresh bagel with fried egg and baked bacon, followed by a "white" coffee (means it has milk in it). Their coffee here does not have all the addatives us "American" folk put into ours so I am learning to enjoy black coffee...it's actually quite good.
So far my most favorite thing I have heard from a Londoner is the saying "Oh Crikey!" Oh and the little british kids running around speaking in their english accents is so darn cute.
My flat is pretty nice and comes with my own personal toliet and shower. The only thing I don't like about the flat is the bed...it is not the most comfortable thing ever...

Shopping in London is one of the best experiences ever. They have any and everything a girl could want when it comes to clothes, shoes, and handbags...I think I am going to need an extra suitcase when I return to the U.S.
One more thing I have found to love is the drink "Orangina:" It is sooo delicious!
