I started today off with the usual breakfast and then I decided I would not waste one minute of the day since this would probably be a rare occasion to load up on vitamin D. So I laced up my sneaks, grabbed my camera, and headed out to find Regent's Park.
I had to pass through Camden Town to get there and on my way I found a Whole Foods Market!!! This seriously made my day...since I didn't have the proper materials to stock up on groceries I had to skip shopping there but I will for sure make it back before this week is over.
It was about a 2 mile jog to Regent's Park from my flat and I passed a lot of fun looking places on my way. When I reached the Park it was even more incredible than the pictures from google showed. There were paths going every which way so I chose one and followed it until it ended. Then I'd follow another path and another and so on...I would stop whenever I wanted to take pictures of the beautifulness of the Park. It just felt so good to be outside in the sunshine in such a beautiful place. I think I ended up running around the park for about an hour but it honestly didn't feel like that.
After a while I decided I should probably head home so that I could get ready to go to Oxford St. I ate lunch at my fave little cafe called Apostrophe and got to my surprise a roast beef, sourkraut, swiss cheese, spicy mustard sandwich and a latte macchiatto...I didn't spend any money yesterday so I decided I could splurge a little today:) P.S. it's probably a good thing I have my own bathroom...

Anyway, after lunch I quickly ran to school to check the mail and to my surprise there was a package for me from my mommy!!!! I was so excited when I saw it and couldn't wait to open it. What I found inside made my eyes go huge and made my heart happy. It was a huge bag of TRAIL MIX and some crossword puzzles...moms are the best and know exactly how to make you feel better...LOVE you mom:) That trail mix was much needed and there's a slight chance the bag is already 1/4 devoured...oops!
After my excitement settled down, I shopped around school for a while and went in some book stores and music stores. Then I met up with some of my roomies at this store called Primark. Let me tell you, that store is rediculous. It's 2 stories of crazy shoppers. The clothes is super cheap but the quality isn't the greatest...I got kinda pissed there because the people shopping are really rude and just push you out of the way to get the sizes they want. I didn't buy anything.
Now, since it's Tuesday night, you know what that means....SPORTS CAFE!!! Me and the roomies are all getting ready and planning to head out around 10:30...we decided that tonight we are going to stay until the place closes which means we will probably be out till 3 or 3:30 :) I feel like I am a totally different Haley! haha
That's about all for today...tomorrow I get to go to the National Gallery for my Museum class so I will try to take more artsy pictures for ya'll :)
Talk to ya later!!!
