Rock Hard

Lets see, where to begin. Today started out with me taking my 2nd midterm of the semester for my business leadership class. I think overall it went pretty swell. After class I went to this market called Portobello Road. It was more of a vintage/antique market and had a lot of cool shops and stands. There was a ton of vintage jewelry that I wanted to buy but I didn't have that much cash on me so I will probably go back towards the end of my stay with whatever money I have leftover and spend away. I did however stop at this cute little bakery to buy some Valentine's cupcakes for my friends Monica and Kirsten. The bakery was called the Hummingbird Bakery and was so adorable inside. Lets just say I bought 6 cupcakes and have already consumed 2...oopsies :)

Sooo good

After that I went back to my flat and chilled for a while. Then Monica, Kirsten, Amy, and I all headed out to the Hard Rock Cafe. The coolest thing about this particualr Hard Rock is that this is where it all began...with Eric Clapton. I personally love the atmosphere of the Hard Rock so seeing the first ever one was pretty neat. There was a lot of cool stuff inside too including Eric Clapton's guitar, stuff from Elvis, and many other famous musicians. I had a super delicious pulled chicken sandwich with coleslaw, french fries, BAKED BEANS (not as good as moms of course) and a coffee with Baileys. It was tasty tasty. After dinner we all went to the Hard Rock Cafe shop next door to try and get something cool, but everything was so expensive! I decided to use my pictures as memorabelia instead and spend my money on something else. Then we came back to the flat, had another cupcake, and are getting ready for bed as we have to wake up early tomorrow morning to depart for Wales.
